I was looking at different stores, and decided to carefully choose a place where I would get myself a new, original iPhone. After weighing the pros and cons, I settled on mobilworld. I chose 2 models on the website that I was interested in, made a phone call, had a nice conversation with a consultant who answered all my questions) decided on the choice and arranged the delivery.
The courier arrived at the agreed time, as promised by the consultant, the iPhone was new, not activated and with a factory seal on the box.
Later, I decided to drive up to the physical point and buy a couple of accessories.

It happened that a couple of application icons simply did not react in any way. And the screen couldn't be flipped. That is, I swipe with my finger and nothing happens. Only rebooting the phone completely helped.
And sometimes the camera switches from video to photo and so on for a long time. It seems to be hanging.
It is unclear whether this can be fixed in any way, such nuances in work are very frustrating only a week after purchase.

I bought an iphone 16 with delivery, the box was dented and covered in scratches, I decided not to focus on it, when I activated there was a trace on the screen, apparently there were some problems with the matrix. I called the store and they told me to throw off the photo, they answered once every couple of hours, I had to call, as a result I had to go to Minsk wasting my time and money, they changed me to another one, also with a broken box.
I didn't get any compensation(

The most terrible store in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. I ordered citycoco White Siberia WS Pro 2000W, waited exactly 2 hours for the seller, whom I asked in advance to prepare and assemble the scooter. In parallel with the assembly from 0, I served three clients for 30 minutes each. As a result, the citicoco was assembled 2 hours after my arrival.
The check was not given.
The citicoco itself was sold with defects: a problem with the battery charge, the creaking of the entire body and, most importantly, a loud buzzing and cracking of the wheel when setting speed. I had to drive through the whole city back again.
After the repair, I have never received a clear and understandable message when I will be contacted. After 2 days, without any visibility of what might happen next and when, I demanded the phone number of the head, who called me and in an extremely unpleasant manner of communication suddenly, in the end, offered me another exhibit.
I agreed and took another exhibit when I arrived. On it, the humming and crackling of the engine was even louder.
I drove across the city again to return the second exhibit. Since the problem is the same, I demanded a refund. To which I was told that I need to wait for the master, who will give a conclusion. The master and his conclusion were promised on Monday. It's already Wednesday. I have no understanding when the money will be returned to me. There is no normal answer to my questions. You may find it funny to read - but they have lost the master, they do not answer the phone (as you understand, there is no person on the staff, on what conditions the one who makes such conclusions works with them, God only knows)
We will go to the store with the police on Friday, when 7 days have elapsed since the delivery of the goods.
