Very cozy, pleasant atmosphere! The administrators are polite, but not all of them!
But apparently there is always a BUT!!
I went to the same girl for hair removal, everything was fine until she quit! I was not warned that my master had changed, when I came I was very surprised and upset, I decided to take a chance and go to another ... when the procedure itself was going through, it hurt me a lot, I said it more than once!!! But I was ignored!! Although no, she kept saying the same thing: for some reason, it hurts everyone today!!!
The result !!! Burns!!!!!
It is also sad that the administrators do not know what goods they sell and what they have on the shelves!!!!

I have been going to this salon since its opening. The first months of work were great, I felt customer-oriented, I wanted to walk.

The administrator's strained smile, the confusion in the notes, the master of laser hair removal with a dissatisfied face forever.
Last visit. We have set a date and time on the social network. As a result, the administrator did not have the record. They offered to come immediately another day, but then why did I come after spending time and a coupon. As a result, the master did it. As a result, the feeling after the visit, as if I imposed myself to have the procedure done. The stares of the employees as if I owe them something.
I also do not recommend doing a manicure there, even the price is cream, nails are more expensive. Some students are working and really messing up their nails. Horror.
The only plus was the location.
Now there are many competing firms with similar procedures, where they provide high-quality services.

I had the temerity to sign up for a manicure at this salon. When recording, the administrator did not ask what kind of coverage I prefer. Later it turned out that the "master" does not know how to do the gradient, as well as the processing itself. When I made a remark, the master reacted like a moody customer. I refused any further procedure. The nails were intact before visiting the salon. The consequences are shown in the photo a few days later. I want to replace that the fractures are deep, even though my nails are not thin. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the "master", visually the girl is full.
P.S. The price does not differ from other masters.

I was a regular customer of this salon, I did laser hair removal. Everything was fine + relatively close to home. On April 30, I signed up for May 30 (in a month!!!) to a specialist who was supposed to go on vacation from 31. I arrived 5-7 minutes before my scheduled time, the specialist was busy. My time came, 5 minutes passed, then 10 minutes, the administrator apologized for the delay, saying that a specialist was giving another client a massage. 15 minutes passed, the specialist was released, went to the office to the administrator, as a result, after almost 20 minutes (from the moment of the "beginning" of my appointment time), I was told that I still needed to wait. I was scheduled for 17.40 for laser hair removal of the shin, at 18.20 I was supposed to be at an ultrasound with a child. Everything was clearly planned. They could only offer to rewrite me for another day. Are you guys serious??? And your coffee at the moment of waiting could not compensate for either the lost or the spit in the soul. I won't set foot on you anymore.

I periodically visit the solarium in this center, so I can only appreciate it. They keep the cleanliness, the lamps are very good: you don't just stand there white, and you don't burn out, because the workers will tell you everything and warn you if they see that you want to take too many minutes. I am not guided by the cost: it is a lot or a little, but it corresponds to the one indicated here.

When I was there , the couch was not treated , after a laser , there was no miraculous hair loss a week later , the skin on my face was set on fire with a laser . I came to their salon , and Natalia (who did laser hair removal for me ) said that I was allergic 🤣🤣🤣 for 12 years of visiting another salon with an experienced doctor , there was no allergy , and then she appeared 🤣🤣🤣 I dropped the photo before the laser and on the 3rd day after the laser , the second day I drank antihistamines to remove swelling from the chin and nasolabial area . I do not recommend this place..

The massage masters are both professionals, it is impossible to compare: they listened carefully and advised which massage would be better to do. I asked for time, because I'm interested in seeing the results. And it seems that Master Elizabeth is quite polite and attentive. But...
so. The procedure itself. It's painless. From the word at all. The most vivid sensations of cold from the sensor. I did laser hair removal for the third time, which I warned the masters about. And no pain, no heat, no lumbago, nothing, I'm frozen. The master asked questions about how I feel. I answer that it's nothing. Increases the power, and again nothing. She asked me to make it stronger or even as much as possible to see the result. He says he can't do it anymore. There was a feeling that she felt sorry for the power. The legs, arms, bikini and nose mask took about 3 hours. Plus, I asked questions like: do you need to use a laser in this place? Do you have hair growing here?
According to the results, either the clinic is bad, or the master is. There is no effect from the word at all (I have something to compare it with, not for the first time). No slowing down of hair growth even, much less their loss. Sorry for the wasted money.
Girls, I don't recommend it. It's not cheap enough to waste money and your time.
