A cozy boutique hotel in the heart of Istanbul's Moda district. The tracks of retro tram No. 20 pass nearby. The hotel is located within walking distance from Kadikoy Marina.

It's a very tired shelter, and I can't even think of calling it a hotel. Everything has been cleaned up - furniture, plumbing, air conditioning.. The person at the reception is trying to put up in a room that is even worse than what was paid in advance. I don't recommend it.
