This company organized an excursion to Grodno. The day was eventful and interesting, but we were not lucky with the choice of cafes. The Rendezvous cafe is something. For breakfast, undercooked rice in addition to fried large pieces of onion. Everyone was hungry. But there was also a lunch at the Rendezvous cafe. For lunch, a greasy broth was served, in which three overcooked pasta floated. After tasting the soup, my child had a stomach ache. That was the end of the tour for her. The rest of the time the child was sitting on the bus. This is terrible! Fried potatoes were also served for lunch, which was sour. Fortunately, they tried it and immediately spat it out. The consequences can only be guessed...

I went to Dagestan by the sea on 07/02/2023, the Tacoma program, departure on the 2nd from Minsk transit through the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, full-time transfer overnight and a walk to Rostov-on-Don (the bus broke down just left Mogilev... the drivers did not fix it, they called the locksmiths, they also did not fix it, we were taken to Mogilev, we will go to fix it in the morning, we will catch up .... in the morning we were taken to the forest where the bus broke down and which was allegedly repaired... but the bus is disassembled)))) we were sent back to the hotel in Mogilev, and they said we would go at night)))2 we left broke down 1 night from 07/02/2023 to 07/03/2023... all day on 07/03/2023 we were in Mogilev, at night on 07/04/2023 we went on a new bus, but it was decided to throw the soap out of the program Rostov-on-Don...then there will be an overnight stay in Grozny, laziness, free time, then an evening excursion to Grozny and then to Dagestan.... Yeah, we're a little bit late for Grozny, just a little bit... they are brought a day later, at lunch at 13.00 they are checked in at 16.30 on the same day they are evicted (05.07.2023)... we stayed at the Hotel in Grozny for 3 hours and 30 minutes.... a quick tour and we go to Dagestan at 18.30 or at 19.00 we left, but where to go then? according to our schedule, check-in at sea is already 05.07.2023 in the evening (dada 05.07.2023 exactly on the same day when we are in Grozny and leave it at 19.00) 06.07.2023 at 3.30 am we got to our hotel.... dada 07/06/2023 (we had to get there in the evening on 07/05/2023).... the way back was better, we were 4 hours late in total... Well, not late in the evening on 07/15/2023 we arrived but on 07/16/2023 at 3 am... and so we sum up the results from the program 1) Rostov-on-Don disappears altogether since we drove around it sideways, did not even go into it, 2) there was no overnight stay in Grozny, there is no evening Grozny either (when the whole city is burning with bright lights) 3) Minsk one day at sea..... to the complaint in the telegram, the organizer Alyona answered the questions, well, what's the big deal? it is necessary to understand and forgive force majeure.... as a result, the compensation is $ 10.... in general, a mountain tour with rotten drivers and organizers....
