This is the first time I have seen that the diagnostic department jointly organized the delivery of tests (UAC, OAM, etc.) and an X-ray room. So you're waiting for a scheduled blood donation among endlessly coughing, expectorating children and teenagers.
The result of the UAC should be waited for almost 2 days.
To give a child a biochemical blood test, it is necessary to make an appointment in the treatment room in advance (there are no reagents). The waiting time is more than 3 days, i.e. a senseless waste of time, riding / walking back and forth.
To get a 10-15-minute massage for 10 days, there is a queue per month, if not more.
They don't really want to prescribe drugs that can be obtained under the benefit. If you don't know the list yourself, you'll buy it.
If you call a doctor at home, they prescribe tests. You need to go to the reception separately for the direction. No matter how many times I visited the doctor, I never had any forms with me.
It is impossible to get a scheduled appointment with doctors such as an orthopedist and a neurologist. After birth, the child could get an appointment with an orthopedist for the first time only by 7-8 months (in turn, respectively).
In conclusion, I would like to add that the online recording also wishes for the best. 2-3 people can be recorded at the same time, and if there is also a "live" queue, then the run from the appointed time can be about an hour.
If the health of your child is important, it is much more convenient and calmer to go somewhere else for a fee. I don't see any point in visiting a polyclinic at all.

And it's a fairy tale to sign up for the rest of the specialists: call 12.08 from 12:00 on the city!!!(this is the main thing), because there is no mobile (in the old building there is no such thing, but there was a mobile!!!)and you could sign up (not without a nervous breakdown) from a crane tower!
Now: I forgot, I couldn't call on time, you weren't at home, or I was just running around.... That's it! Write it's gone!" Our specialist comes from another clinic, so the appointment is half a month in advance. If you missed it, answer stupid questions: for what reason do you go to the optometrist, ENT will solve your problem..."(And I'm going, my dear, to look into the eyes, listen to healing speeches, that everything is fine with us, that's why I want to sign up for an ENT and an optometrist!)

I respect everyone and hope that the large building will not be empty, because the therapists are located on the third floor and the offices are always open, but narrow specialists do not enter the wide doors of the new clinic along the way. It's a pity: I so wanted to have an exemplary children's polyclinic, at least one for the whole city: both beautiful and rich in specialist doctors. Moreover, her number is the FIRST!!!

As a result, in 2 hours on the phone, I didn't even get through to the registry. This is bullying, not maintenance. Everything is for children.... To take a coupon for tests and then only for the next week, you need to specially come for it on a certain day... I'm shocked. There was no such outrage in the 12th polyclinic before the transfer to the 1st.
