I paid through a pinky and it turned out that I didn't pay 3 kopecks extra.3 kopecks in our time is not something.Homeless people don't bend over if they've seen it lying around.and the operator tells me that if you don't pay, there will be penalties, I'm just shocked they can put three kopecks at interest.It's good that I called and asked if everything was paid.We could have moved it next month .People pay every penny
