There is a counter outside the door - "Wait a couple of minutes." OK, I'm waiting in the car. After a couple of minutes, the delegation comes out and goes to the next car, they discuss the order. I'm waiting. 8:08. Suitable "What are we doing?" - yesterday, when ordering, I said everything, but I repeat. Car wash, floor mats, dust in the cabin. I ask, what time is it? The receptionist looks back at the number of cars/cleaners and says "40-50 minutes". Funny, he left.
I don't know how they wash it, and I won't find out. But the 8 a.m. appointment is a divorce. They are not ready to work from 8. They are relaxed, and it doesn't matter to them that someone has everything scheduled by the minute.

I would not accept such a job, if you can call it that!!! I had to go to another car wash and wash the car!!!! The roof is dirty, there are stains on the windows, stains on the body, it is not covered with wax at all!!! Hello. The car was washed badly, sand on the bumper and rear hood, the interior was wiped from dust by 3 out of 10, the product was not waxed or of poor quality, the thresholds and doors were not washed. I paid 75 rubles for the service. I do not advise you, it is a pity to pay money for such work! Guys, if you read the reviews, it should be a shame to take money for this.

The result: 65 rubles and low quality of services, I had to point my finger at the stains on the car - they wiped it with a rag, as well as on the wool left after cleaning the cabin.

The guys don't know how to work and communicate with clients either. For the first time, they forgot that they took the car keys, made a fool of me, almost swore at me. They found it, returned it - they didn't even apologize. The second time the car was washed and vacuumed for 50 rubles - the roof and hood remained dirty. She came back, wiped with a rag - and again, they didn't even apologize. I don't even mention that in such cases it is customary to rehabilitate the client with at least a discount on the next service. The people who run this business, do you read the reviews? It's probably useless to even write… There is no Instagram, no contacts for communication such as email. How in the modern world in such a competitive field can you so openly give up on customers? Another mystery of the Belarusian business. Probably, everyone is satisfied with everything… Although it could have been much better.

The guys are cool, they wash carefully, after I leave the box - they walk with microfiber for another 5 minutes and wipe off all the extra drops :) once after the winter, I asked to wipe it under the hood - they did not refuse :)
They constantly advertise ceramics (they are one of the two representatives of some cool durable ceramics in Minsk).
The prices for the car wash are low, or the same as in other car washes around the city. There is a reservation through the website.
