I understand that in every house, in every entrance there are "interesting personalities", above or below the floors it's normal, but it turned out that there is a den for alcoholics on the same landing with us, (even the precinct officer himself said) there is also an ex-prisoner, and above there is a rabid family, I have two small children, if if I had known the information earlier, it would have been better to look for another option, if we did not take this fact, then the rest of the work was well done.

Vodchits. Be sure that if you have been given a deadline to consider buying an apartment (2 days), you will not get a call back when another client appears. We decided to buy an apartment, took time to think about it (2 days). We made a decision about the purchase, called, and it was almost sold (less than 2 days have passed), signed a contract with another buyer, the next day, and we were not notified about it. When asked why they did not call, they did not say that another buyer appeared, the answer was simple: "whoever managed to do it, the slippers." Excellent approach to clients. If I were you, I would avoid this real estate center.

As buyers, faced with the work of the agency, they lost both time, money, and nerves. The transaction did not take place, and the preliminary purchase and sale agreement was drawn up illiterate. The seller may not fulfill guarantees and obligations, because this is a "standard" contract. We have not received any counter-options to make up for our losses. There was no sense of responsibility and a desire to leave both sides of the deal satisfied. Scrupulousness and meticulousness in reading documents were not entirely welcomed, and the realtor made mistakes in drawing up agreements not only grammatical ones.
After taking the deposit, a deal was prepared for a whole month, an additional agreement was drawn up. As a result, we were simply refunded the advance, but the deal did not take place. The penalty was not paid in any amount.
In general, the impressions are the most unpleasant.
