I did not expect that in our Belarus, a dairy country, they would produce a "food product" under the guise of cottage cheese based on skimmed milk with 24% fat content. How can this be? It turns out that the fat content gives palm oil and its fractions (!), soy, sunflower and other terrible additives. And this "product" is called "Family tradition". My husband bought it without looking, because the packs are like ordinary cottage cheese, sour cream, like in ordinary cans. I've figured it out so far... We decided not to take risks, we are already elderly people, health is not something to eat such a "product". Our poodle was happy. Three packs of cottage cheese and a jar of sour cream were fed to him. It's a horror what we've lived up to. 82.5% oil should also be searched for.

This is some kind of nightmare! I bought "sour cream" from this manufacturer "Family tradition 20%". I only looked at the fat content, but I didn't look at the composition. And very much in vain! Something inedible was hidden behind the usual sour cream packaging design: stupidly 10 lines of chemistry. And the most important thing is that in the store IT is sold interspersed with normal sour cream. Be careful!
