I liked the location relative to the center. It is convenient and cheap to take a taxi (7 minutes ) and you can take a bus, you can walk. There are many shops and good cafes a few steps from the house. The manager or the person on duty is always in touch. We were allowed to delay the departure, which is nice. The room is spacious. it is equipped with everything necessary. It's warm, not stuffy. We lived on the 11th floor and had a shared balcony for smokers. Anyone who smokes will appreciate it. They didn't reach the top five a little bit, but they promised to clean up the bathroom. I advise you, it's good.

Excellent residential complex. Very clean entrances and elevators. We rented an apartment, clean and cozy. An enclosed courtyard..the entrance is on both sides. Children's playground, gazebos, the location is super!

Everything is nearby, shops, cafes in general, you will not stay hungry in Almaty.All attractions are 15-20 minutes away on foot or by public transport.For trips, I advise you to immediately buy an onai card.

I chose it because of the price and reviews, but I really regretted it.So the room looked like in the photo! everything is clean (at first glance), in fact everything is tired and falling apart in my hands (I have a shower) I fixed it myself (but it will break at the next guest!!) the brush fell apart when used for its intended purpose (screwed on but not for long), there is no noise insulation (there is none) I can hear everything! the room smells of sewage (flushed the shower) so as not to smell!! the Internet sometimes disappears completely! there is no blanket or bedspread at all , I was covered with a sheet . I advise you to look for something else- there are options

It is very convenient for tourists. Everything is within walking distance. Since our train arrived at about 5 a.m., and check-in was at 14:00, we decided to walk from the railway station on foot. The journey time was about 40 minutes. There is everything you need nearby. Grocery stores. We highly recommend food point. Draught beer store. A taxi arrives very quickly. View from the window to the mountains and the stadium. Residential complex of 2019. Everything is new. 2 elevators, both working. Everything is great. Probably something needs to be improved. But I don't know what.

Unfortunately, in recent years, just a couple of years, the composition of tenants has changed qualitatively, there are many landlords who, making a profit from renting apartments, are reluctantly willing to bear other costs, or there are many who do not pay elementary or delay utility bills. At the same time, the residents abandoned the KSK and chose the Axis council, which they also do not want to support in certain matters. All decisions are achieved through complex negotiations and meetings. Unfortunately, the initiatives of individual residents to improve the yard are being suppressed and ignored. I do not understand why in this 2023 the flower beds with roses were completely abandoned, never watered, and some landscaping activities were carried out a week before the meeting. The lawn along the neighboring house is trampled, the roses are not trimmed, the ground is dry, although it is only 15 minutes a day for watering. The ambitions of the residents are such that we feel like kings, but at the same time, when the question of raising the cost of maintenance from 67 tenge is raised, it is difficult to make a decision about 100 tenge, when in the " hostel " next to us, the cost is more than 150 tenge and they have a clean yard all summer, flowers bloom, water lawns and asphalt, which helps to tolerate hot weather more easily and creates a feeling of well-groomed. That is, now the composition of the tenants shows that they are ready to use the living space, but are not ready to be responsible for common areas and invest. It can take a lot of time and a house to form new thinking and new healthy, reasonable habits, it can go into desolation. Unfortunately, there are those who came to the second capital, but they are not able to annoy the " village ". The epic of paying for the elevator alone was indicative, that is, people descend on it, but they are not ready to pay for a new cable, which may malfunction and cause tragedy and death of people. Signatures were collected for a long period, there are those who do not pay, counting every penny and at the same time want flower beds, lamps, fences like in the UAE. But I'm still a romantic and I really believe that people's minds will change as soon as they satisfy their first material hunger for supposedly good cars and new brands of phones:-)), because there is also conscience, honor and dignity.
