It was 30 degrees outside. I had to pile up the ice. The boxes with jars are without a refrigerator and no one even puts a couple there. Sorry.
The burgers are honest, huge, but mine didn't really go to me because of the large amount of white unleavened sauce - because of it, the rest of the ingredients were lost.
But despite all the moments, we really liked it here and had a good evening.

The only negative that overlapped all possible advantages is the "surprise" in the burger. When asked by the waitress what it is, we received the answer "spice" and a small discount in case something "seemed" to us. The service was worse than usual that day, and the beef burgers were cold.
I think it wasn't our imagination. After such a situation, there will be no desire to return again or recommend this institution to friends. It's a pity, it seemed that the institution was quite promising.

Don't set foot here anymore!
We came here as a family of four. There was only one other couple in the room besides us, and my mother suffered from severe migraines. And at the same time, music was playing loudly in the cafe, which was completely unsuitable for an empty room. We asked the receptionist to turn down the sound at least a little, but instead we ran into a wall of resistance. She explained for a long time that they had "rules" and that they couldn't turn the music down at all.
When the couple finally left and it was just us in the cafe, I somehow persuaded the receptionist to turn off the music. I thought that we would finally be able to eat in peace and my mother would be able to get some rest. But this "respite" lasted just a few minutes, because another receptionist came to the cafe and turned on the music even louder without talking.
I tried to explain the situation to the second administrator, but instead of a logical solution, I heard a stream of absurdities that the owner of the restaurant was about to come, and he would swear if there was no music in the cafe. It felt like we were not welcome here — none of the employees seemed to have thought that the client and his comfort should come first.
We haven't been able to sit properly. I had to leave. As a result, the owner of the cafe was left with an empty hall, but with loud music and administrators who would have better revised their "rules" in favor of simple common sense.

When two tables became vacant, there were no waiters anywhere, one of them was picked up by the people who entered on their own, and the second one was marked "reserved" a couple of minutes later.
Another question about the tables was answered with something vague about the fact that they were both reserved.
They forgot about ordering beer, they brought it only after being reminded, and they put it on the table with anger, as if they had done me a favor.

Let me explain why there is one star: The cuisine of this place is excellent. Everything was delicious and quickly cooked. The menu is also very diverse. But the staff is just terrible. We came for breakfast around 11-12 o'clock. The waitress reluctantly met us and, when asked what she would advise from burgers, offered her advice only for cash. We immediately warned her that we had no cash and a Russian MIR card. To which, she replied: "We'll figure something out."
After asking for the bill, the waiter brought the terminal and the payment did not take place - "Server connection error". I understand that the terminal is simply not connected to the network and therefore the payment does not go through. She started making fools of us, tried to, like, spend several times with the same mistake on the receipt. After that, she suggested that we go to an ATM and withdraw cash. she refused other methods, such as transferring someone from the staff to an account through the SBP or paying with a qr code or making an alleged online order. At the same time, she did not offer any alternative, but rejected our proposals. And she constantly complained about the 13-hour shift. She has a clear task in front of her to get cash. Yes, I would not spoil the mood for the whole day - we went to the ATM (charged with a commission) and paid off. Unacceptable behavior of employees and complete unwillingness to return and even more so to recommend.

But it is simply impossible to order something in the application, because when you add something to the cart, the application starts to lag (we checked on several phones). We decided to stay anyway and order burgers. Of the places we were offered only the terrace by the restaurant (at two o'clock in the afternoon!!). And the cherry on the cake: I went to the toilet before eating. There was no toilet paper. I washed my hands , decided that I would come back then after eating. And 40 minutes after eating, there was no toilet paper or hand wipes! A curtain. The service is terrible.
