I'll start with the pros:
1. It's indoor
2. Relatively inexpensive food inside
3. I liked the lemonade.
4. You can buy supplies at the reception
5. There is a sauna and steam room
Now about the cons
1. THIS IS NOT A WATER PARK! It's just a pool without slides.
2. The fountains in the children's pool were turned on for 20 minutes and that's it
3. Very dirty tables. They are not cleaned at all. Photo attached
4. Ordered food. The hot dog, fries and nuggets arrived in 45 minutes!!! I've asked them several times to do it faster. I approached the staff several times.
The most interesting thing is that the food was brought COLD! Their explanation was that the food was being prepared on the 4th floor. My dish was ready in 50 minutes, I refused it.
5. I have a lot of things relatively, but make no mistake, in fact, a lot of things are not available
6. Unpleasant odor in the area of the tables at the bar. This is not surprising since they do not clean the tables.y1

Our experience of visiting was the most impressive))) We came with two children , hoping to go shopping and have a good time . In the children 's pool , not a single entertainment was working , because all the fountains , mushrooms - everything that could be interesting to children was turned off . Everything was turned off in the large pool , too , except for the massage jets on the ship . The water is cool , there was no hot water in the shower . I couldn 't wash up . When the child asked to use the bathroom, we went up to the second floor , and the door to the locker room was open , where the drawers were , at that moment two men and a boy were walking in the women's locker room and opening the drawers with their keys !!!!!! When I saw this and started to get indignant , they told me that they were checking which boxes were working and which were not !!!! ! As a result, my clothes drawer was opened! They couldn't close it in front of me and quickly disappeared, the cleaner explained that they hadn't stolen anything)))))) and we were just looking for boxes with locks that don 't work!!! It's a disgrace!!!!

The water park is good , but there are some disadvantages or inconsistencies . They have a rule if it 's your birthday , then you get free admission , and a friend got it on women 's day. How to come on this day, we came the next day and the administration says there is nothing they can do to help. And the second case on Instagram , they seem to write the price for the whole day, and when you come they already say that it 's only for a few hours . The fact that we were disappointed the BATHHOUSE DID NOT WORK is a MINUS .After all, we still paid the full cost . And the water park itself looks smaller to me than in video reviews. Of the advantages, the teenagers who look after the pool area are polite and responsible guys , respect for them . If you forgot something, you can rent it and things are not completely new.

I was a little disappointed by the lack of pizza and coffee, but a very tasty potato platter fixed the matter.
The water in the pools is of normal temperature, the children spent three hours in the water and did not freeze. The sauna and hammam have become a pleasant addition for adults.
Anti-slip paths are laid around the entire pool (I read reviews here about dangerous floors - it is clear that the administration also reads them and takes note).
Overall, we liked it :)
I take off one star for the temperature of the water in the shower. And I would like to see someone on board who monitors those in the water (safety precautions).

An ashtray in the smoking room (and thanks for it!) they haven't changed it once all day, the choice of sound range is very amateur, while in fits and starts (on-off-changed) and very loudly (download ready-made sets and don't torment visitors). The kitchen is on a solid shelf. There are 3 taps of beer in the bar, but only sarbast flows from them, as well as there are many shelves in the refrigerator, but there...also sarbast, but in banks :)

1) The water temperature, especially in the children's pool (!) is too low. After a while you get used to it, but just as soon your lips turn blue. It would be nice to fix it
2) There are areas (on land) where there are not enough anti-slip tracks, that is, they were not calculated in width. Thus, bare floors become very dangerous to health when wet, especially for the older generation. I personally saw how people slid, almost falling. We can say that they were lucky (5 times in 3 hours)
3) There is no standard for musical background. The music turns on and off. According to the mood of the bartender, it is possible if he puts it on
4) It is not very convenient to order food. You can eat either at the bar or on the top floor. It turns out that if you are hungry, you need to conditionally leave your family or friends, go eat somewhere else. Or the whole crowd, if everyone is hungry, leave the floor with the pool.
5) The cost of using the pool for men is higher for some reason. In my experience, this is the first time this has happened. What is the basis for such a decision?
To summarize, the most important thing is the water temperature and dangerous floors. You can still get along with the rest.
