I bought a motorcycle from them. He came without warning and unnecessary calls, as at some similar venues.
They told me everything, showed me everything. They were allowed to sit down on different models of motorcycles without any problems, to try on, so to speak. They advised which one to buy. All communication on their part is polite, they do not impose it just to push it off. And there is also support for those. parts.

They drive them to vyazinka (at least they don't hide their condition there), but they themselves are no better. We prepared the motorcycle for a week before buying, as a result, they dusted it from the balloon over the rust, painted over the screws on the frame (in the traffic police, they had to wash it during installation). They convinced me that the mot "sat down and drove", it turned out that the plug was under the bulkhead, the carbines were not working properly and much more. They charge a lot, but you buy a pig in a poke.

They offered to do maintenance before sale, for a fee, as a result, the brakes were serviced so that at the beginning of the season they simply disappeared, the brake fluid was all black, the calipers were wedged, in their understanding, maintenance is stupidly to shove the pads I bought into a jammed caliper, apparently they didn't even bother with replacing the brake fluid, the antifreeze tank is just as dirty Therefore, I am inclined to the fact that neither oil with filters, nor antifreeze, nor brake fluid was changed for me, but they simply took money for "maintenance". I was offered to change the air filter for free, that is, it seemed to be given to me, but the motorcycle has a full titanium direct current with Power Commander firmware and I am more than sure that there was a zero-resistance K &N air filter in it, which they pocketed and put an ordinary paper filter for free. Now, instead of riding, I have to completely redo everything for them myself, since the moth does not drive as it should, the brakes have failed and it is very hot. If I had known about this approach to my clients and the maintenance of their equipment, I would never have turned to this basement motorcycle house

In fact, this is not a place where they will tell you- they will show you, it's just a garage where an old Japanese man was brought to you, whom you had already chosen before.
