The agency's work may be good, but they charge 1,000 conventional units without a twinge of conscience, even when your property is sold for only 11,000. I think this is illegal and if I had known earlier from other real estate agencies that only 3 percent goes to the agent for work from the sale of real estate, but we got all 10%. Conclusion: it is better to contact other decent agents.
