Nice place, delicious food. The soup was not impressive, but bombolone was simply conquered, pasta and pizza were liked. There are no complaints about the service.

We waited for half an hour for the waiter to come and take the order, then the hostess girl was cleaning the next table, I looked at her, she asked "did you want anything?" I replied that we would like to place an order, she replied "yes, of course", left, and no one came up for the next 10 minutes. I had to go to another place. It is very strange that with such a service, all the tables are occupied and there are still people in line.

I was there twice and after the first one I already thought that I no longer wanted to come here, but then they bribed places on the street and finally fixed the opinion.
Of the cons: it will take a sooo long time to carry the menu, carry the food, clarify something and the like. Also, there are items on the menu that "even the bartender doesn't know what it is." We wanted to order iced tea, no one could explain what it would include and what it consists of, and in the end we got some bullshit for 3k drams.
There are no questions about pizza, only there is little written about the positions in the menu, you have to guess what is depicted in the pictures there - mushrooms or basturma.
If in general: the food is normal, but expensive for the price.

I even had to explain that if there are two items in the order, the salad is taken out first, and then the pasta, and not vice versa. Bent forks, constantly changing waiters who know nothing and do not know how. But the pleasant interior and delicious food make the situation a little more difficult.

We waited about 15 minutes for them to come to us. After that, I went to wash my hands and clearly said that they would come to our table. As a result, the waiter came to the next table after another 5 minutes, and left again!
In general, to be honest, this is my second time here, the first time was a little better. But I don't think I'll come anymore.

The interior is beautiful, the food is tasteless.
The meat was boiled in the pasta, it felt like it was taken out of the soup and cut into a paste.
In the eggplant salad, the eggplant was in a solid batter and therefore the salad was very greasy.

The food is delicious, but prepare for very poor service. I don't understand why the waiters are so "dumb", maybe because of the uniform they were dressed in. You say one thing when ordering, they write down something completely different for themselves. It's easier and better to poke at the menu that you want to order.

I was very disappointed with the service and taste of the dish, the first time I visited everything was super. I ordered Ravioli with chicken, there is literally no taste from the whole dish, only cheese has a taste. The service was upset by the fact that the waiters do not pay attention to the language of the devices, and somehow they don't really pay attention to us either - why is there such a demand? Because the place is in the center of the capital, the prices are above average.
But I would like to note that the mood was greatly lifted by the singing cook in the hall :)))

The restaurant has been open for a very long time and there were some expectations that were not fulfilled.
The service is slow, the waiter may be turning circles around you, although you are already ready to place an order. Perhaps it's because of Staff's inexperience.
The food turned out to be average - there are good positions and there are mediocre ones. The meat salad is not bad, the tuna salad is not bad.
San Sebastian should have an absolutely creamy texture, and that's its essence. But they brought me an absolutely ordinary cheesecake, which I ate in a hundred other places.
Tiramisu, a dessert native to Italy, should have been good. But again, a completely ordinary tiramisu, while, for some reason, with a chocolate layer. This dessert is head and shoulders better in the cheese factory.
I can praise the cream brulee with pistachios. The crust was slightly thicker than it should be, but it was burned well. The cream has the right consistency.
I haven't eaten pizza here, maybe it's good, it seems to be praised.
Lemonades are too sweet.
They asked for black tea - they brought some kind of herbal mixture with mint, on the third attempt they admitted the mistake, they replaced it.

We visited this place with friends and were completely horrified by the level of service in this place.
The waiters are completely unprofessional, rushing around the cafe without any purpose. At the same time, there are quite a large number of them for such a size of the institution.
We waited for the pasta to be brought to us for an hour, tried to get help from the waiters, but no one did anything until we found the manager and only then the pasta!Let's get started! cook. They didn't even offer a compliment in the form of bread while we were waiting for her, although we said we were hungry.
There were no appliances on the tables and when the dishes were brought, I had to run after the waiter again and ask for the appliances. Bottled water was brought - it was not opened, it was not poured into a glass. It may seem like a small thing, but it greatly affects the overall perception of the institution.
In my opinion, it's a shame to have such a place right next to Republic Square. This simply shames the entire catering service of Yerevan and Armenia.

The girl was served her pasta, and half an hour later, after several reminders, mine was served. "Not carbonara" turned out to be an island.
