We waited for the order for 2 hours!!! I called the call center twice, the first time they said that there were 15 minutes left at the most, after 15 minutes they called again, they said that they still had 10 minutes to wait. They can't provide anything but a promo code for a free 1 kebab! The only reason the order was taken away was because of severe hunger. The courier didn't apologize, they can't answer anything except "We have a big workload today." Two of the three shawarma balls were torn, and of course everything was soaked and cold. The cheese shawarma was just mayonnaise with chicken to taste, there were few vegetables and cheese was not felt. After the shawarma, it also made me feel sick. Definitely not set foot in this place anymore.

I ordered a shawarma "Mr. Onion" for 12.5rubles
I asked the girl if they had an energy drink from the refrigerator, to which I was refused and went to the store opposite to buy it while my order was being prepared.
I came back, took the shawarma, sat down at the table. I just opened the energy drink and suddenly the girl opens her phone and tells me in a toxic triumphant voice that it is forbidden to drink your drinks. I asked accordingly where it was written. She got up and went to the wall where this information was written in a closed information holder, initially not visible to the visitor. She asked me to put the drink away or leave.
Honestly, I was very tired and it was obvious to me, I didn't want to quarrel and just left.
But frankly, this situation really hurt me. Not only is this girl's client orientation lame, but there is zero friendliness and understanding at all.
I would love to buy it from you, but it wasn't cold! And I wouldn't say it's winter outside.
I would suggest that you move this information to a prominent place, or let the staff warn you in advance. The law says so.
Let's go back to the shawarma.
I love onions and often order similar types of dishes, where there is a lot of it. The shawarma here tasted normal, but I don't understand how there could be sand there. Periodically, these grains of sand on the teeth, which are not to be confused with anything, the granules were large.
I am upset about visiting this branch. I'm not going back there anymore.
Please understand the situation.

We have been visiting this place with a friend for the fourth year, in general, everything was fine, except that loud music sometimes interfered.
Sometimes we bought drinks, and sometimes we brought them with us, since there is nothing available that we would like.
08.11 once again we met with a friend and went to this institution. We bought juice, because we cornyly wanted it with shawarma)
As a result, the girl, without any appeal, just aggressively points out to us (or to someone in the hall, well, we don't know, since it was just shouted into the hall) that you can't take your drinks with you.
Of course, we were shocked, because before that, how many times had we brought our own and everything was fine (we didn't know about this rule at all)
After this appeal, I immediately wanted to leave, because even if there is this rule, it could have been conveyed more politely or something.. we didn't make any noise, we behaved decently, so it seems to me that we fully deserved the normal attitude of the staff..
In general, there is no desire to return here anymore.

Almost every time on this shift, you see employees rolling their eyes from discontent that you came after 22. The institution is open until 23:00, you can't work a day without nerves-quit and look for a job with a short schedule. I understand everything, all people and everyone get tired at work, but be kind not to show your negative emotions to customers, since you have chosen to work with people. There are no questions about food.

We usually ordered delivery, so we never encountered any problems with the service. There was an underweight of kebabs in the delivery several times. We are not so meticulous to weigh, but the shawarma seemed big as small, we weighed it, each one was underweight 90-100 grams. We wrote a review in the application - no response, no greetings.
On service in a particular cafe: firstly, the girl is rude in every sentence, it is very unpleasant, just a sediment. Secondly, they asked to pack it in foil, she said well, in the end - nothing. It's not pleasant.
So far, the taste of kebab compensates for all the disadvantages, but I'm afraid that if it continues like this, everything will not be so rosy.
