I called the operator, they said - opening the lock 2-3 thousand of the front door. The master will arrive in 30 minutes. The master arrived in 1 hour. I opened the lock by drilling it. I didn't ask for documents for the apartment, not even a passport with registration. He demanded 5 thousand rubles. I tried to sell the castle for 5 thousand)) when I refused, I offered it for 4 thousand!!!

Hello. I was provided with a door-opening service in my car today. The order was from the website. Upon a preliminary call from your operator, I received the following information, an autopsy will cost 55-60 rubles, and there was also information about free battery recharging.
After that, it became an advantage for me to summon a master from you.
The service was ordered by a certain time (18:30), the master arrived at 19:01, he did his job, after which I asked about charging the battery, to which he replied that this was a separately paid service, after which I had to abandon it, paying 60 rubles for the work.
Please look into this situation and find out why the master was not aware of the battery!!!
Please note that the website also says that there is a possibility of charging the battery for free.
The number indicated on the website for complaints and suggestions is not correct!

I specified the price , they announced 50-55 rubles , maybe a little more
I was well satisfied with the price, as it is indicated on the website that 99% is without damage

As a result of cooperation: a broken core, arrival in 30 minutes and 80 rubles with a receipt)
Of the 3 points of its advantages, none has been fulfilled

The other day I forgot the keys to the apartment, I contacted this company. Pleasant dispatcher service, guided by the time of arrival of the master, the completion of the work and the price, clarified whether there are documents. Master Alexander quickly arrived at the place, special thanks to him for his patience and carefully done work) I more than liked the work, but I agree with the review below - there was still no receipt. But it wasn't critical for me.

The receipt for the completed work has not been issued, the act for the completed work has also not been issued. In fact, I work in the dark and there is no protection for me as a consumer. I will bring this issue to an end in principle through the executive committee and the tax service.
