It is prepared from the grain of the "Owl" roaster. I took a Flat on the monosort Arabica Brazil. Cooked for 4/5 (the foam is loose, bubbling). Somewhat unnatural taste (the barista's skills have already failed here). I saw an incomprehensible dark-colored stain on the inner wall of the cup (it looked like coffee that had not dissolved, although it was unclear where it came from). There was no time for the trial, but the sediment remained.

So far, we have only come once for bread. Ciabatta is super, the crust is crispy, soft and fragrant inside. Bread with olives - strongly with olives!) Or rather, with olives and olives.
