You have a terrible system for accepting individual clients to the cashier. I took the ticket today at 13:38 F122. We accepted 121 coupons, followed by numbers after me and have already reached 140 clients. I've been sitting for 40 minutes! Although it was written on the ticket that there were only 5 people in front of me in the queue. We received people who came after me to the bank branch.
When I couldn't stand it and approached the girl at the checkout myself and asked why the queue was working so strangely, I was informed that in this department the priority was to accept sole proprietors and legal entities.
Question: why do you accept individuals in principle if they can sit in line all day? I came to change only $150. That's 2 minutes of time. And they couldn't accept me?! Funny.
In addition, there was a time interval of 3 minutes in the department, when the hall was empty, new people did not come. And when I asked why I was not accepted at the moment when the queue of sole proprietors and legal entities ended, the girl at the checkout told me that at that moment she was collecting money and putting things in order on the table))))
You either accept individuals through at least one, or remove this function altogether and work for your health with legal entities further, or at least warn about such a terrible system. Thank you for your time.
