I went to the communication elephant, the girl sent a request to technical support. On Sunday, she called back to clarify whether there was a connection, on Monday she reported that the problem was solved and asked to restart the phone. Everything worked. Thanks to the specialist for his care.
Communication, for me personally, MTS is now better than A1. Especially on the Gomel-Minsk highway. I don't see any point in comparing it with life, since life only catches in the city.

Everything depends entirely on the employees. I have visited this salon several times and would like to cancel the last visits with a difference of 1 day. In the first case, everything was perfect: polite staff, mask mode, quick registration, full consultation, etc. A consultant girl named Maria or Marina is just a smart girl.
In the second case (the next day), something immediately went wrong: everything without masks, lazy work, misleading when providing information of interest, confusion. The guy in the suit obviously didn't come there to work, but just to sit out the working hours. Urgently familiarize employees with the list of services provided and the procedure for their provision. Give them at least a cheat sheet with brief information: conditions + cost.
The same applies to chat operators: it is clearly not given to many to read and understand the text on the site, but they still need to be able to convey this information to customers. I don't understand why I have to explain to them what is written on your website and in the contract, so that later it turns out that they just made a mistake
