I picked up the tariff for MY needs, suggested some points, it is clear that a specialist in her field is a solid 5! So I decided to contact this salon again to buy a SIM card and close another number)
But, unfortunately, this specialist was busy serving other clients and another specialist (a girl with dark hair) worked with me. The specialist is focused only on the sale of goods, does not want to perform service operations.
She answered my specific question the third time and incorrect information. She misled me that it is impossible to terminate the contract if there is a voluntary lock on the number. I checked with the contact center, I was sent back to the salon. But even then the girl said that they told me wrong in the CC, but eventually closed it (oh, a miracle).
Actually, I don't want to go shopping in this salon anymore)
