The salon staff are polite and competent.
But, they handed over the TV for repair under warranty, indicating that part of the screen was not working, it was returned to us a week later, indicating that they had reset to factory settings and no malfunctions were found. We brought the TV home, we think it might have really helped, but alas, the miracle did not happen, and the warranty ended
