Не поменяли сим карту,потому что клиенту мтс 92 года. Не знаю почему они это сделали. Наверное от *большого* ума. Ссылаются на какие то мифические документы. Якобы после 90 лет человеку симку не выдают. Сами от себя ограничили в правах пожилых людей. ПОЗОР!
