There is an employee who speaks good English. I helped to issue a SIM card with a number, Internet and calls/SMS on a prepaid tariff of 30 days. She explained how to use the app. At the entrance, there will be a terminal to your left where you can get a ticket. There is a button to translate the interface into English, but there is still one button in the menu. :) On the left there will be a screen with the current queue, a ticket and a window.
