I visited the MTS store and was disappointed. The room itself and the assortment look standard, there were no special problems with navigation. However, the quality of service left an unpleasant impression: the staff showed no interest in solving my question, the answers were formal and without specifics. In the end, I didn't get the help I needed, and the time I spent was in vain. The reason for the low rating is precisely related to the level of service — I expected more attentive attitude and professional advice, but this did not happen.
