A typical Bialaruski service is "your business is very important to you." I went in on Sunday, looked at the queue, was very upset, but stayed waiting. My premonitions did not deceive me - the queue practically did not move in 20 minutes. You're not welcome here, but the money is. Keep paying.
I put three stars, not 2 and not 1, because this is the average hospital attitude to a client in RB - it will wait; In A1 next door it is not much better on weekends, put a decent amount of time.
