The service and attitude upset me very much in the dentistry of the medical center. I waited in line for 1 hour and 15 minutes when I went into the office of the surgeon Dengaleva, where they interrupted me and did not let me say what was bothering me. Then we examined it for 5 minutes and sent it to a 3D image. I returned 10 minutes later, but they told me to wait. And this wait lasted another 1 hour. Then they called me into the office and said that the tooth was not good, it was better to remove it. That's all. As a result, I spent 2 hours and 30 minutes in the medical center, this is 5 minutes in the office + 10 minutes in the picture. The rest of the time is waiting. At the same time, having received no solution to the problem, she left with the same pain as she came. And no one took it upon themselves to remove this tooth to save me from pain. I went to another medical center.

I was at FGDS with an endoscopist Evtukh Vladimir Leonidovich, the procedures were done quickly, after the procedure, the doctor's assistant told me that they did not understand why I was referred to this procedure, since my stomach was clean, like a "teenager", my complaints were ignored, that I was tormented by constant stomach pain, nausea And I'm only 29 years old for a second. The doctor most likely saw that I was young and I couldn't have any problems, so he made a negligent appointment, in my opinion. Only 2 pieces from the antrum were taken for biopsy, although according to the rules they should take 4 pieces, 2 more pieces from the stomach body. The urease test was performed, it showed negative for helicobacter, and accordingly the morphologist also decided not to analyze the biopsy for helicabacter, although she should have. The biopsy result showed that I have atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, dyspepsia. Therefore, people, be vigilant and careful, immediately contact a gastroenterologist and it is better to go to a private clinic for examination, where they will not devalue your complaints, referring only to the fact that you are young, you cannot have this.

I applied to this center because my father needed intra-articular injections of hyaluronic acid into his knees according to the appointment of an orthopedist. In our clinic, they said that they do not do intra-articular injections, although last year he had no problems doing them with a surgeon in his clinic, and sent them to medical centers.
Through the Internet, I found information that these injections are made in the MC MTZ, in the price list published on their website, the cost of injection without the cost of the drug was 33 rubles.with pennies.
In the certificate of the MC MTZ, I was told that intra-articular injections can be done, but only after consulting with their traumatologist. So, I think everything is fine. They will do it. A consultation with a trauma surgeon costs around 25 rubles.
I made an appointment with my dad to see a trauma surgeon at the MTZ Medical Center.
At the appointed time, father and mother (father walks with two sticks and is very hard due to knee pain)we arrived at the MC MTZ for an appointment, the surgeon listened, did not even look at any appointments and papers with previously established diagnoses that they brought with them, said that they do not do such injections and sent them, I quote: "Go do such injections to medical centers." Excuse me, but where did they come from?
Thus, the parents simply paid for the consultation of a surgeon at the MC MTZ, but they did not receive the procedure they came for. Then why post information on the network and talk on the phone that such injections are made in the MTZ MC?!
And another big question!?!
What are these mysterious CENTERS that are sent from the polyclinic and from the MC MTZ to do intra-articular injections?????

This is a regular clinic, not a medical center. Don't flatter yourself too much.
