On July 25, I ordered a laptop – I arrived on July 27 (pretty quickly). Everything is packed, there were no external defects for inspection. But the story began when there were questions with the customer service: the OS (operating system) did not boot. When buying, the description stated that there would be Windows 11 Home, but in fact the laptop had previously installed OS-Linux (which did not boot). I contacted the service department at the specified number to fix the problem, where I was simply told to leave a request, and they will consider it within a day.
At the end of the day, no one answered. I called myself, where the operator, without listening to my claims to the end, said that they would respond to the messenger (Viber) upon my request.
Indeed, after an hour, they replied to me in the messenger (with a message) that they were ready to take the laptop for verification and it would take some time (according to the answers in the correspondence, only the result would have to wait a week). I bought a laptop for work and I needed it as soon as possible, so I demanded a similar or new one from the replacement fund: I paid the money for it, but never used it. As a result, there was no response. They just didn't answer and that's it…
They called only on the fourth day (Saturday) without agreeing with me, saying that the courier would take the laptop to the service (about replacing it from the replacement fund or for a new one, no words), which I refused, because I fixed the malfunctions from other specialists for a fee. (because I couldn't wait that long without a laptop). When installing the new OS, it turned out that in addition, one speaker does not work… I'll get over it somehow, but I don't want to go there anymore (to rattle my nerves).
There is a confirmation of the correspondence for all that has been said…
The conclusion suggests itself: no one checked the goods for serviceability during shipment; and also the most important thing is that the interests of the buyer are not taken into account.
And then – think about it! Is it worth contacting such sellers?

I didn't want to write a review, but the company's website states that reviews are a source of inspiration and a serious incentive to develop further, as well as a way to work on mistakes. So, get to work.
Maybe the store is sold well, bring something for a low price and say goodbye, without guarantees. But keep in mind, such a service in the modern world does not surprise anyone, but the subsequent work with customers and willingness to solve problems promptly is really an indicator of the store's work, and the Cartoon failed all the tests. I really regret that I did not read the reviews in advance.
Next, a little more about the situation:
About the product
The video card was purchased on 14.04, the store was selected based on the adequacy of the price (not the lowest at that time), as well as the warranty period of 36 months. If I had known at that time that this was actually a guarantee of problems, rudeness, and time dilation, then, of course, I would have refused to buy there.
Around 17.07, the video card stopped functioning normally (the image periodically hung up and the computer went into reboot).
After making sure that everything was working properly with the other video card, I decided to contact the warranty. I made an application through the Yandex form (it turned out that the technical department is on vacation). Nothing, I had to wait.
Proving the video card malfunction to the store is a separate story, but as a result, a refund was agreed on 08.08.
And then the further stretching of time begins.
The details were also transferred, according to the same Daria: "the funds will be sent on 12.08, and they should be expected on 15.08-16.08." Of course, no funds were received on 16.08. After dialing the service number, it was no longer Daria who answered, but a boorish man who said that she had gone on vacation. My questions are answered only with retorts, and not with solutions to the situation.
19.08 (Daria came out of vacation), she assured that she had made a request to the accounting department and allegedly expected a paper that the funds had been transferred. It turns out that it can take a whole day to send a document by e-mail (not pigeon).
20.08 Daria said that, IT TURNS out, the accounting department made a mistake of 1 digit in the recipient's account and the bank returned the money back to them. It's amazing that it took accounting a week to notice this. And it is unclear how long it would take to repeat the operation using the correct details. Daria assured that here, all the money has been sent, today (08.20)-tomorrow (08.21) wait, there will be a paper on the transaction. Of course, no funds came on 08/21/2018, they didn't even send a check. But Daria profoundly assured that just about, the management was already informed, the management took control, the accounting department would send it to the management, the granddaughter for the grandmother, the grandmother for the grandfather, the grandfather for Daria, and she would send everything to me within an hour, the money has already been sent!
An hour later, no information was received (not to mention the funds), after a phone call it turned out that the management just left (judging by the fact that at the time of writing the review (08/23/2018), nothing was sent, the management left and did not return)
After a written complaint to the book of comments and suggestions, it turned out that the store was informed about the time frame of the law and a wait for a response to the complaint was required. Only now the time frame of the law on the refund of funds on their part has already passed. They do not care about this, although according to the law, 1% of the delay is already accrued. Well, in general, the money has been sent! You just have to wait! We'll show the receipt in an hour, and then in another hour, and then, oh, did you get the letter wrong this time?
Also, a cartoon, a special offer is indicated on the website and in the warranty sheet: for a review, you receive 10 rubles to your mobile phone account (you know the numbers, just do not confuse them), and it is not indicated that it should be positive. I expect funds for the video card, even if I don't mention the penalty, and 10 rubles for the review)
Thank you for the endless gratitude that I chose you among the competitors (information from the website). Only when I came across you closer, I'm not very happy with the choice.
