Why are there so many stars, because everything suited me very well!!! The photo shows what was transported, except for fishing. And that's not all, there were about 20 large bags.Plus two refrigerators, a washing machine, an entrance hall (I did not understand) a chest of drawers and a table with a book. They were transported from Smolevichi district to Minsk.In Minsk, we stopped at another address for a second refrigerator and several boxes.The loading took 25 minutes at the cottage.The car arrived as ordered by 9:00.In total, the move took 3 hours and 30 minutes.I read negative reviews about what I discussed with the manager when ordering, and I was assured that everything would be fine.And so it turned out.We took things up to the 4th floor without an elevator.I helped a little myself, which was easier because of the back.I was very pleased with the guys who carried out my move.If it were 10 stars, I would put ten.Thanks again to them for their professionalism!!!! I ordered a move - more precisely , small things in packages and two oversized ones - a single sofa and a children 's couch . Do you know how long it took? Four and a half hours. The last half hour was just crazy- the work was finished before 17, but, it turns out, they were waiting for me to sign the act. Although they knew that I was carrying a dog. Of course, no one said that they were waiting for me for an additional fee. At 17.05, she signed the act as if at 17.30. She asked for help within the paid time to move the closet from the room to the corridor - they said it was impossible. we moved this "impossible" together with my daughter. I am attaching a photo. Total: it took a long time, reluctantly, and it turned out to be expensive. My opinion: if the order is expensive - with mountaineering, other transportation, well-known customers - everything will be as in the picture. For insta and rating. If the order is small, it will be stretched out in time, obviously sending such a number of guys who will not be able to do it quickly. I warned you that the sofa is very heavy.
The operator determines the car and the number of movers. the second phrase of the guys: "the two of us can't take it." And yes, if you don't have many things, call the usual ones, not the show-off ones. Anyway, Ant attracts third-party freelancers for small orders.

A disgusting office, with the same disgusting service! Not only are they beastly to their employees, in order to save money, they let one person go on complex orders, who cannot cope and asks for help from the customer, while having pennies, so also the same attitude towards the customer is not respectful! We had a reservation, the team was supposed to arrive from 16 to 17, we planned to move. By 17.00, things were packed, the refrigerators were unpacked, ready in short. But ...
Only by 19.40 two movers arrived, with an obvious smell of fumes (although very good guys turned out to be in the case). The car arrived only at 20.40. That is, the movers were inactive for more than an hour, but they charged us for it. There is no question of any stretch film, we made do with what we had. As a result, the move lasted until 12 a.m. And we lost 4-5 hours of our time. Not to mention the nerves ...
I tried to find out about the guarantees of me as a consumer (the penalty of the service provider), but there is not a word... And in fact, they charged us in full ...

On March 15, I moved from Sukharev - the move took 8 hours! At the same time, of the large items there were only 2 bookcases and 1 column. The piano was transported by a separate car and only now I discovered that the instrument was broken and scratched! Small items were transported by elevator in several units for 20 minutes each. Whether it was unprofessionalism or deliberate procrastination is anyone's guess. Upon arrival at the address, to speed up the process, I myself carried things that the movers delivered by elevator to the floor. I tried to talk to the manager - the main argument is: "You have a lot of small things." So small things are not carried in the elevator for several units, and then after each descent they do not arrange smoke breaks.
The company positions itself as super professionals - in fact, it turned out that it was not. I do not recommend it! Yes, and the transportation is illegal - neither checks nor contracts are provided!

The movers do their job neatly and smoothly. All the things were distributed in different rooms of the apartment, as we requested. They deliberately dragged their time because the payment is calculated based on the time it took to move. After loading all the things, we drove off to another entrance, stopped for 5 minutes and smoked. The move eventually took 2.5 hours for a distance of 5 km. At the same time, they transported a refrigerator, a washing machine, a sofa, a TV, a cot, a table, chairs, a couple of boxes and other small things. Next: the guys arrived on time (even in advance), 2 young guys, strong and polite. Everything was promptly loaded, taken out, and carefully disassembled, which was required.
