A wonderful room for a lonely wanderer (it is quite suitable for a "double" family wanderer). Everything for a comfortable overnight stay and good morning: shower (set of towels changed every other day); kitchen with accessories; hair dryer; ironing board; table; sofa; TV; large podium with a good high (possibly orthopedic)mattress (2 pieces). Cleaning every other day. A window into the world with a view of the Cascade. I Am Sincerely Pleased. Thanks!

A great place in the center of Yerevan. Everything you need is in the room, even a washing machine. If you are traveling by car, the staff will definitely help with parking.

Very nice apartment! We had a duplex room of 66 m2, there are all necessary appliances, everything is in very good condition. The staff is polite and ready to help, allowed to leave our luggage after check-out for a few hours! All interaction with the reception via WhatsApp is fast and convenient!
