Either the employee's day and mood were bad, or it was her manner of communication...without listening to the end, but interrupting in mid-sentence in an unfriendly voice, she informed me that she had free time for such and such a date and time, that is, offering one single option. I had to ask about the possibility of other dates.Further, without even bothering to tell who exactly she is recording, a notification arrives on the phone that you have recorded "date, time, specialty, full name." Wait, I need to consult another specialist with my question. After calling back and asking why, in fact, they recorded it in this way, the answer was given that this was an initial consultation, and then they would be referred to another specialist. That is, I need to pay twice for a consultation, which is about 30-35 rubles, and without even bothering to listen to the rest, the employee decides what and how. That is, in another clinic they will refer you either to a therapist or to an orthopedist, but here you pay for a therapist's consultation, which may not be necessary. Learn to listen to patients without interrupting.

Of all the clinics I went to that day, this is the only one that, despite the inconvenience and tight recording, found a window for admission! After examining the epicenter of pain, the verdict is tooth extraction! To say that I'm upset is to say nothing, it's also terribly scary! I will not go into the details of the procedure, I will say one thing: this is the most exciting tooth extraction in my life)))))! Huge respect to the surgeon-doctor Sergey Savelyev!!! I have never met a more sensitive, gentle, compassionate doctor!! The assistant girl is extremely attentive and caring!!! Actually, after this incident, I realized that I had found my clinic. On the same day, I signed up for caries treatment and a week later I met Natalia Doilido, an equally talented therapist. As expected, everything went perfectly, efficiently, quickly and painlessly!!!! Moreover, I will say that Natalia has already been twice, the impressions are the same))) She 💪) I want to emphasize that doctors always go to meet a client, whether it's an "extra" freeze or a time delay, if you want to heal a little more than you reported at the end of the working day, and you want to)) The warranty for seals is 2 years!!!) I can write forever, but I will summarize: the prices are average in Minsk, the service is the best, the staff is cordial, friendly, polite, sensitive and caring, starting from my lady administrators, ending with surgeons!
