I went for cutlet meat, bought without saving Shoulder blades for cutlets in the end, the seller took out shoulder blades in bags, omitting that in the bags along with pork shoulder blades and parts of the cheek, which are an order of magnitude lower ..
I recommend all buyers to carefully approach the process of buying pork!
I will attach a photo of the unscrupulous seller later.
There are no questions about mutton and beef, Two points ( in my case ) and they work without complaints!!!

There were prices with a small bone of 9 and a half. There is no longer a frozen cut at the same price, as there was at the khladokombinat or agrokombinat from Zhdanovichi.
