Further to tobacco : at the time of the visit, we can say that the assortment is very average. Resonance with the appearance of a hookah area with a large hookah park and a type of large assortment of tobacco.
The quality of cooking and communication with the hookah master itself: in addition to the fact that the hookah master starts arguing with you about the choice of tobacco, which is already unacceptable, he does not really listen to you, the serving time is more than 30 minutes... At the stage when the hookah is not yet on the table, I say that it is not that overheated, but it just BURNS. Again, I argue, I force you to take off the shoe, which I usually don't do. Yes, burnt tobacco, the cat is impossible to smoke. It is not without effort that the hookah is being redone for us. Do you think it's for the hookah that I'll go to this place again?

Long: We came to celebrate a friend's birthday, for the whole evening we had 3 waiters and almost 2 hookah men, "almost", because when we came, they clarified with us whether we needed him, and we replied that yes, while waiting for 20 minutes, we asked our second waiter to call the hookah man One more time. After 5 minutes, the first one came, and after another 15 minutes, the second one. We ordered several jugs of juice, but as a result, glasses were waiting for 10 minutes, and without waiting, we had to catch one of our waiters to ask for them separately, after a couple of minutes they still brought after that. I was very upset by the presence of only one toilet, with one toilet and one sink, and it's okay for men, but for girls this journey took about 25 minutes, and the women's queue goes along the tables, since it's all right in the hall, for such a large institution I consider it an unacceptable luxury to save on restrooms. There was a curling iron at our table, because we were specially booked with it, but the joysticks were charged for 20 minutes of play, and there were 8 accounts that needed to be rechecked to understand which of them games were available for playback; the number of games leaves much to be desired). There was another interesting point about the discount: we came 4 days after the birthday, the waitress said that there would be no discount, since a maximum of 3 days after is acceptable, everything would be fine, but we wanted to order a friend a greeting with a cake from them, and after the hookah man changed the coals for us, quietly asked how to organize it. He replied that the discount on the hookah would be 20% anyway, despite the 4 days after the birthday, and the cake costs 50 rubles with congratulations. When they asked for the bill, they did not find any discounts on hookah, they clarified with the first waitress (for some reason she counted us, although the second waiter was the best of all three, and I would like to leave a tip to him), about discounts from the hookah, to which she said she would check with the administrator. Then there was a very interesting action on her part: we put the money in the cash register and just wanted to know what they would tell us, but instead the waitress just silently came up and took the money, without reacting to us in any way, and then just brought the change without explanation. After all this, I went up to the administrator and expressed my opinion, but there are doubts that this will somehow change the situation - next time I will ask for a complaint book (there was not so much time, since we decided to go to a better institution).
As a result, I do not recommend this institution for large companies, as you can really regret the time spent and spoil your holiday.
P.S. I was here 5 years ago, and I was also dissatisfied, which is why I did not visit this institution for such a long period of time. We thought that during such a time, something had changed and become better, but alas, there are still places that nothing will help anymore

Now the kitchen.
The food here is not just bad, it is so bad in quality that it is safer to eat in the dining room. Imagine a dessert for 12 rubles (fondue) with which you will be served ice cream, the cheapest you can find.
Next, pasta with cheese for 18p, 360 g they will forget to put the sauce in it, and then they will bring it to you separately, for an additional payment)) But it is much more interesting that the cheese paste will taste like mushrooms, which are not in the composition. But even this can be ignored, well, sometimes the cooking is disgusting, not everyone is given, but the cherry of this institution will be that after such a wonderful dinner you will simply get poisoned. Half an hour of vomiting and two packs of activated charcoal are what you should prepare for if you decide to eat here.
