I would like to point out the unprofessional and incompetent staff of administrators.
On November 4, I called the institution to book a table for 6 people on New Year's Eve, I was signed up to the "wish list", promising to dial in mid-November to compile the menu, make an advance payment and fully voice the New Year's program.
On November 28, after an independent call, I found out that the "wish list" does not have a 100% table reservation, but that there are still 100,500 people in front of me and if there is room left, then we can celebrate the New Year in this institution.
What is the problem with voicing complete information to potential guests right away? Why am I confident of my location on New Year's Eve, and not looking for and considering other options? Probably because the administrators of this club are not trained to negotiate and explain how the booking takes place.
After reviewing the reviews, I dare say that I am not the first in the list of "dissatisfied"! You should allocate time and budget for employee training, so as not to lose visitors.
By the way, we didn't have enough space, which I found out on December 6, I think you understand that now neither I nor those people with whom we communicated as well as with me will spend the New Year at home and will not book places anywhere.

Until today, it was quite a pleasant impression of the place, but everything has changed! We had been signing up for the New Year since SEPTEMBER, but we knew perfectly well that something might not work out.
The employees of the institution assured that in mid-November they would call everyone and provide the final information. A few weeks of ignoring calls and noodles that the information would be later, and on December 5 they reported that we were CANCELED, but forgot to notify. It is a pity that due to the negligent attitude of the staff, the opinion of the institution is completely spoiled.

Let's talk about the pros: bartenders are funny, pay attention and you won't have to stand empty-handed for a long time. Coffee by the way, fire, cappuccino 5p! The contingent is also pleasant, I did not see the dead in the trash even at 4 a.m.
Of the cons: DJs are not always OK, the music stopped a couple of times and there were hitches. The wardrobe is on the floor above, with not very pleasant women of 60+ (it is better to leave things behind the curtain at the club, but there is not much space and of course no one is responsible).
I won't say anything about the kitchen, I couldn't book a table, we were standing at the bar. To be honest, at least there are not enough bar stools

We signed up in advance for New Year's Eve – back in late August. Since then, we have been methodically shifted to different days and promised that everything is under control, and we continued to call and clarify. Then a mysterious "pre-recording" appeared, but the administrators assured us that we were among the first and absolutely not worth worrying about. Moreover, we were repeatedly promised that absolutely everyone, even those who do not get on the list, will be notified in a timely manner so as not to leave them in uncertainty.
And so, on December 5th. After a series of unsuccessful calls, we finally got an answer! Just to find out what... We are not on the list. Thank you so much for such a responsible approach! We are sincerely impressed by your punctuality and professionalism. Obviously, now the only place where we can celebrate the New Year is the cozy home of the staff of the institution. After all, such a service deserves special recognition!
But, of course, a low bow for at least picking up the phone. Without this chance, we would probably have been wondering until the chimes struck whether we were on the coveted list or not. Thank you so much for giving us this moment of truth. We sincerely thank you!

For 2 months, they constantly asked when the actual reservation would open - in response, they were constantly fed breakfast that the reservation was about to be available.
As a result, they called on December 4, and in response they heard that all the tables were already occupied, saying that we were "the very last on the list and we did not have enough seats," although we were there on December 1 and the reservation was not yet open according to the administrator. Funny.
In fact, the piggish attitude and indifference, the places were distributed according to the gang, and the rest were simply scored.

She also came for Halloween. I didn't like the attitude of the administrator. I forgot my passport and was not allowed into the institution. We wanted to make an agreement , show a passport photo on the phone, but alas. I do not understand what is the point of checking my passport when I had makeup and it was hardly possible to determine whether I was or not. As a result, we went to get a passport, the administrator checked it as at customs and threw the phrase: where did you get your passport? (although he was mine) But they let me in, really. Spoiling the mood .
