Guys, this is a collective farm. Zero service. They officially close at 19:00, I specially arrived from the center at 18:40 - they are already closed.
Because "when there are no people, we close at 6."
I rang the number on the door, and through the window I saw an Electra bike I liked.
I say, if you come over, I can take it.
The seller decided to scare me, apparently, with a price of 370 thousand drams.
When the price didn't bother me, I said, I don't care, I'm opening tomorrow at 11 a.m., come on.

I visited the store and workshop twice: The first time everything was fine, the old bike was repaired, the cables and pads were changed quickly and for adequate money. 2 Times there was a quiet horror and a nightmare. I got to another master, who at first said that we do not service non-branded bicycles, but then did a favor and set up the attachments. Although the bike was not a super duper of a well-known brand, which are presented in the store, but all the attachments on it are shimano, albeit entry-level.
So for the first visit 5, and for the second 1.

I contacted the workshop about the complete repair of the bike, as well as the replacement of brake pads (there were my own) and a cracked rim. The rim was replaced by the right one, reinforced. All the work was done quickly and efficiently, and the next day I took the bike. Thank you very much! I am satisfied with the choice of the store and service.
