The horror!
This is if in one word.
I was selling my camera, the buyer wanted to check the camera and we went to this place. Where the "Master" took the camera, said that you would be ready in 30 minutes, asked to leave a number, which he would dial when he was done.
In an hour! Without waiting for the call, the buyer and I returned.
And then I find out that this "Master", without asking, without any notification, formatted the memory card. There was no limit to my shock, as it contained all my work for the last week, several VERY important shots. This "Master" saw that the flash drive was almost completely full, but ignored any instructions and formatted it. Attempts to recover the information were unsuccessful. So thanks to such a "Master" I lost money and a week of my work! I really do not recommend contacting here

The prices are reasonable and that is also not a little important - they work around the clock!!! Maybe this is not the most important factor, but there were times when equipment was handed over at night for convenience. There may be any problematic situations anywhere, but we personally have not encountered this here, and given the listed advantages, what else can we say here?! We helped to choose the equipment for shooting in an airplane for performing aerobatics. The aircraft technicians later said that this is the only type of attachment that can be used there, since with overloads of 6g, the load on the attachment also increases 6 times - you can't hold it in your hands. Everything worked out as it should. The card is fine, the battery was at 60%, but I had time to recharge to 100%. The prices are normal, quite affordable. There were no questions on the return, I handled it carefully, without any problems and was accepted back. Gopro Max 360 camera, mount (all adapters were picked up on the spot), trunk, cable, battery, 32GB card for 43 rubles per shooting day (I took it at 11, brought it at 22, but they gave me until 10 a.m.). I recommend.

The widest selection of photo and video devices. At the moment, it works around the clock. Very convenient. There is an option to rent for 3 hours - very profitable. But. It was 4 o'clock earlier. I hope my humble opinion will be taken into account and this option will be made again for 4 hours. Booking per day per month is available - very convenient, no need to worry about availability, everything can be done in advance. There is always a friendly staff who is well versed in technology and will always help with the choice. The prices are reasonable. There is a delivery. Various promotions are held. With constant cooperation, very good discounts. To sum up: a stable organization with high quality service, adequate prices and a huge assortment for both a simple photographer and filming groups.

Unfortunately, 1.5 months before the wedding, I booked a polaroid SQ20 in order to leave a memory for the guests and us. I called the day before to confirm the reservation, which the manager did. However, we did not take into account one nuance, that the passports will be taken to the registry office, and the driver's license will not be suitable for rental. Therefore, the manager and I (I wish him more personal situations like this, so that he feels what it is on his skin) agreed that we would pick it up on the wedding day, when the documents are in hand. Unable to pick up the camera in a wedding dress, the husband followed him (who did not know all the nuances of renting different polaroids). He was given an Instax mini (knowledgeable people will understand the significant difference between the mini and the SQ20), referring to the fact that our model is not available. Since there was no opportunity and no time to travel to other organizations, he took it away. As a result, we got a camera with an almost empty battery, which we could not fully use because it was constantly on charge, and a half-hour charge was enough for 1 photo. Special attention should be paid to the competence of the staff, who, when booking, not only confirms the price information from the website, but himself reminds that for new customers there is a 50 percent discount on rental for this equipment, but in fact they give it at full cost, saying that there is no discount and could not be. There were always very pleasant impressions after the visit. I've been here on average once a week for the last six months. Lately, they have become rude and arrogant. If you are interested in something, the administrator may have a sunset. Sometimes only one of the 4-5 racks works. Or on the second, they're just talking on the phone, laughing. This is clearly not a friendly relationship with a client on the phone, (hopefully) more like with friends. In general, the rental is convenient, there is a lot of equipment, but I would like a bigger choice.
