After 3 days, the winter boots were torn, they were given under warranty. After 5 days, they called and offered to exchange the goods or return the money. Since other shoes were bought, they decided to take the money, to which the sellers agreed. That was the end of the good moments. Since the payment was made via card, the refund is only to the card. We made a refund, 3 weeks have passed, and the money has not been credited to the card. The store says go to the bank, the bank says questions to the store.... That's the whole story. Do not buy goods by card)
