Hotel.
Unfortunately, not all rooms have a shower. But the price is quality, consistent. It was clean, and it was warm in the cold. There is a utility room on the ground floor. So everything is there for a comfortable stay. But book in advance. I recommend.

It's very clean, the room is warm, and it's pretty quiet at night. A single room costs 35 rubles., there is a kettle, TV, table, chair, wardrobe, comfortable mattress, toilet in the room. Shower and refrigerator on the floor.
