Perhaps the best yoga studio 🤓
What do I particularly like here?:
- instructors pay a lot of attention not only to the physical aspect of yoga (how to perform asanas correctly, effectively, and safely), but also to the spiritual side of yoga: why we came to the class, what aspects we will work on today, and what we plan to get as a result. At the same time, no one imposes anything on anyone, you can go to yoga and how to do fitness (but why, if you can work more deeply * my opinion 🤔);
- when I was a beginner, the instructor patiently corrected me (when he spoke, when he approached and paid attention to the nuances of the asana). In general, I think that with almost any level of physical education. Then you can come and immerse yourself in the world of yoga 🤗
The gong after practice is a separate thrill.
The atmosphere is inviting, the staff is very caring and pleasant
I drive from the suburbs here - the result is worth it! 💪

Very cozy studio. I went to yoga for a long time (now only yoga nidra for relaxation). I attended musical events, tried massage. I like everything. And the atmosphere itself is very soulful.

My favorite yoga studio. For more than 1.5 years, I have been looking forward to my favorite Kundalini yoga with a professional in my field, Ksenia Yakhimovich. I highly recommend the studio!!!
