The most ancient place where they sold their favorite, delicious tortillas of the ancient city of Samarkand. I recommend it to everyone, to everyone and to the tourists. Samarkand tortillas are always fresh and delicious. Traditionally round and hot as the sun, with lush edges, a soft border and a crisply baked patterned core with notches sprinkled with sesame seeds. I learned from local sellers that tortillas should not be cut with a knife or put "face down", showing disrespect for the sacred product, sacred to Uzbeks. Of course, I ate my fill of tortillas myself, and brought them as a souvenir treat from Samarkand, because these tortillas (because of the secret recipe, special air and water, no doubt) do not get stale!
