UPD of October 19, 2019: the rudeness of the workers has already got enough, today I was rude to a black-haired saleswoman of the cafeteria of this market for asking a package of citrus tea to familiarize myself with the composition before they sell me a bag and pour it with boiling water: they say, we can not show, go to the market and read the composition on the packages, then I was outraged that she was violating the law on consumer protection, to which I received the answer "maybe even with a notary on wheels to give tea"? I have been shopping here for 4 years now, as it is the closest to a house with such an assortment. Minuses: 1) in the cafeteria, puff pastry with poorly baked filling and a damp dough are often found everywhere, and the cafeteria saleswomen sometimes are so nice to taxi drivers or familiar national guardsmen from the military unit that they make other customers wait; 2) in the supermarket they often do not have time to change the price tags (and here at the checkout a surprise, for some positions they will have to pay 2 UAH more); 3) I advise customers to carefully check their receipt at the checkout (I had once that someone's coffee package was punched in my receipt) and carefully check the change (1 time they almost cheated in the household chemicals department); 4) sometimes they overdo it with bleach for wiping shelves that stink of all products, you have to buy up in the Market Itself or go to the center for a week; 5) it is striking that some sellers do not know the legislation in their field of activity: there was once that after calculating at the checkout, I accidentally broke a jar of squash caviar at the storage room when I pulled bags out of the camera, so the saleswoman wanted to force me to clean up although I paid for the goods, and there is a corresponding employee for cleaning (a margin has already been included in the final cost of the goods, which includes the salary of market workers, it's no big deal); 5) but the inability of 2 senior market sellers to communicate culturally is particularly surprising: the senior male seller "screamed" at me when I I asked the saleswoman if she could weigh 200 grams of two types of cakes in one package or in different disposable packages, and after these "screams" I threatened the saleswoman with dismissal and began to teach her that, they say, customers like me need to be sent. My jaw dropped from such arrogance and rudeness - I have never seen or heard such a thing anywhere in supermarkets. There is no sign anywhere in the confectionery department that bulk confectionery products less than 0.5 kg are not for sale, and since 2017, customers who ask for less are exposed as inadequate) They are more or less calm if two customers want to pick up a half-kilogram cake and ask to divide it into two packages (for themselves and their joint customer). The senior saleswoman responds to a request to weigh 350 grams of pie in this way (at least calmly and without screeching, and thanks for that): "I won't sell less than half a kilo." Who is "me"? As if he considers himself the director of the store. In this case, it is correct to say: "Sorry, according to the rules of our supplier and the regulations of our market, we do not sell pies by weight less than half a kilo." So it's high time to hang a sign over the confectionery department and not make fools of people! Not all customers and not always need 0.5-2 kg of pie / cake. The sellers of the sausage department are not particularly distinguished by ethics and knowledge of the law, who try to manipulate the buyer's decision with the help of phrases "Not for people". By weight - it means by weight. If the market has its own "but" to an established concept, then you need to warn in advance, inform in some way. And to teach sellers the norms of ethics in dealing with customers, to give printouts of the law on consumer protection for familiarization.
The advantages of the market: there are always pies from the "Theatrical" pastry shop, its own delicious pastries and passable salads of the market, its own cafeteria with puff pastry products and 13 types of loose ice cream. I am also glad that they return the money by check for expired goods and the market participates in the "Bonus Plus" program from PrivatBank.
