The consumer decided to sheathe the house with siding. I found a Seller on the Internet - NASHI GROUP LLC UNP 191296092 and entered into a dialogue with him on the choice of goods and delivery conditions. Since it was important for the Consumer to meet the deadlines for the construction and installation work of his house and to pick up the material, she specified the delivery time of the goods to the warehouse. The Seller's employee explained that the delivery of the goods is carried out within 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of funds to the organization's current account. These conditions satisfied the Consumer and she decided to conclude a purchase and sale agreement with NASHI GROUP LLC. On the same day, she transferred the full payment for the material to the Seller's account. The next day, the funds were credited to the Seller's checking account and this meant that the order would soon be delivered to the warehouse, but the goods were delayed. Ignoring the delay, the Consumer decided to purchase some elements of the exterior decoration of the house, signed a second contract and also paid for her purchase in full. The total amount of the transaction under the two agreements amounted to 6,295.99 rubles. But the goods did not arrive at the Seller's warehouse at the appointed time and the Consumer missed the deadlines for carrying out repair work. Outraged by the situation, the Consumer asked NASHI GROUP LLC to return the money paid for the first contract to her. Having not received satisfaction of her claim, she appealed to the Polotsk district organization of the Public Association "Belarusian Society for Consumer Protection" (ABOUT NGO "BOZP") with a request to provide assistance in protecting her rights. Employees of the NGO "BOZP" sent to the Seller a demand for the restoration of Consumer rights, as well as a demand to pay a penalty for violating the deadline for the refund of the amount paid under the first contract and to pay moral damage to the Consumer. After that, NASHI GROUP LLC returned 33.35% of the total amount of payments to the Consumer, and kept the amount of 4,195.99 rubles for itself. The consumer realized that the Seller did not want to settle the conflict voluntarily and asked about the NGO "BOZP" to protect her interests in court.
As a result of the court sessions, the court ruled in favor of the Consumer, satisfying all the requirements of the NGO "BOZP", namely, to return the remaining amount of advance payment for the goods, pay a penalty and compensate for moral damage, pay a fine, as well as reimburse other court costs. But unfortunately, NASHI GROUP LLC does not comply with the court's decisions.
Dear Consumers, be careful and attentive when cooperating with NASHI GROUP LLC!

I tried to buy metal tiles from this company in November. I paid 100% immediately. Delivery was promised for the beginning of December. At the end of December, I realized that it wasn't even ready yet, although the manager claimed that "we can't take it out of the warehouse because of other orders."
I asked for a refund, and there was zero reaction within a week. Then he went to court. Of course, it lasted for a long time, but six months later the executive authorities returned the money.
Judging by the reviews, this is the standard process of this organization, so if you value your time, it's better to contact a more reliable company
