My brother bought AirPods here. They are working after almost a year, there are no comments. However, the fact of "verification" is confusing. Everywhere they write that the product has been checked, tested and everything is fine with it. They supposedly pass all the checks and so on. It would seem that there is nothing to be afraid of and everything has already been checked for me 🤷🏻♀️However, when we started asking the consultant questions, he couldn't answer anything. Have they been checked? I don't know, probably.. How are headphones checked at all? Any tests? I don't know, other people are doing this.. Although logically, if someone wants to pawn something, then they check the equipment and other points immediately at the place by the same person. A simple example: I want to hand over the phone without ransom. Only the cashier sits there, who is most often a commodity expert. He must examine it himself, evaluate it, check it out. All responsibility is on him. Even if there is a person who checks something behind it (theoretically, because there are no such people there) and sees that it is not the original, do you think they will be obliged to redeem it and take it for themselves? I think not.. They will put it up for sale, if someone buys it, they will say that it is non-refundable (which is debatable) The headphones were not untied and I had to do it myself using the Internet. The question, if they were actually checked, then how did it happen that they were not untied, remained unanswered and unanswered.. There are a lot of goods at good prices, but how well these goods are really tested.. If you buy something, it's better to come with a person who understands so that there is no roulette of luck / bad luck. This applies to any verification by hand, pawnshops, etc. Therefore, be vigilant in any case and do not chase favorable prices. I liked the purchased product, but two stars minus for incompetence.

The consultant who works on the night from 02.01.25 to 03.01.25 behaves extremely unprofessionally. I saw a phone on sale for 350 rubles, and when I tried to clarify the serviceability and operability of the device, I received the response "everything is indicated in the description," but there is not a single word in the description about its serviceability, there are only a couple of words about the external condition. Okay, I said I'd come and pick him up in the morning (they refuse to book - "there is no such service"), the consultant read this, waited a couple of hours and increased the price by 50p. He answered my corresponding question about the price increase, allegedly the price was 400 initially, they just said they had indicated it incorrectly, yeah, of course. Seeing the demand, they began to raise the price, greed outweighed decency. Lack of qualifications, lack of interest in the employee's work. I do not recommend contacting here

Incompetent people who cannot give an adequate assessment work in this place. Communication left a very negative experience, I do not recommend this place. You can only find boorish behavior here.
