Wonderful hotel, all the staff are very friendly and helpful! They gave me a bottle of sparkling wine for my doctor. We fulfilled our requests . Thank you so much for that! The room is clean, daily cleaning! Filling the Soap holes. But there is one thing! At the restaurant, at breakfast, the waitress asked the girl to bring two sparkling glasses, to which she said that it was for a fee. When leaving, they wanted to pay - the man said that everything was included in the breakfast and there was no need to pay! Different waiters asked for the room number , which was also a bit infuriating ! Apparently , the waiter also said about the payment , thinking that we had entered from the street .

Nice hotel in the center of Yerevan. It's not far from the airport. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. The staff speaks Russian, is very responsive and attentive. There is a swimming pool, a gym (small). The room itself is very spacious. A lovely bathroom. Everything is very clean. A pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel. The only drawback is that it was very noisy, because we had a restaurant right under the windows, therefore very loud music. But this does not negate all the advantages of the hotel. 2.5 hours after the walk we came to the hotel, my wife discovered the loss of drams (I naturally told her that maybe we lost them somewhere or spent them and no longer remember about it but when I looked at the presence of euros in the bag, I was very surprised, 50 euros were missing from there, respectively, the drams were also missing, as a result, about 20,000 rubles were stolen from us in rubles.

The hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms, snow-white towels. The pool is open around the clock, high, after walking around the city, swim in the evening and visit the sauna. The breakfast is great! A continental European breakfast has been added to the traditional cuisine, if desired, you can start breakfast with sparkling wine. For us, a birthday greeting from the hotel, a cake was a pleasant surprise!! Not a small cake and a lot of candles, but a big cake and one candle is delicious!!! Thanks to the pastry chef and the hotel manager Nana for organizing the birthday of my soulmate ❤

Probably , the only good thing is the proximity to the city center . The rest is not so pleasant: the place is very noisy, the noise is round the clock; plumbing and furniture are extremely "tired", worn out to the last; old baby-sized dressing gowns and a toy hair dryer just made me laugh. At the same time, all household cosmetics were decent, in good quantity and quality. The breakfasts were full of fruits, but the rest was touched by amazing modesty and average quality. I was surprised by the resettlement policy - first they will give you the worst room with a smile , and then they can change it for something else as a favor. The main advice is not to agree to settle in rooms on the 1st floor, ideally no lower than the 3rd and with Windows facing the courtyard. And to enjoy the sauna or hammam, ask the reception to turn on the baths in advance , 2 hours before the visit. Some nuances and problems , not suitable for 5* ! But, of course, it is possible to adapt. Since June 1, the hotel has a new management, so I would like to hope for improvement! I wish you good luck 🍀

The hotel positions itself as a 5*, but it doesn't even smell like a 3*. Let's start with noise insulation: there is no sound insulation at all. The windows in the hotel need to be replaced urgently, as everything, absolutely everything is audible from the street. For unknown reasons, at the intersection from 17:00 to 20:30 approximately every day for 3-4 hours, the traffic controller does not stop blowing the whistle, although the traffic light is working. The administration doesn't care at all, and they could have sent a written request to the Traffic police of Armenia a long time ago demanding that the daily whistle show at the intersection be stopped.
Music from the hotel restaurant could be heard in room 101 on the 1st floor. But sometimes the floor shook during banquets and it was impossible to stay in the room. I demanded to stop the noise, to which the receptionist said that he could not help in any way because there was a banquet in the restaurant. It was only after the scandal that the decision was made to move to room 301, two floors above, where the floor does not shake from banquets. By the way, the situation was handled by the hotel's security guard (!), not the receptionist, who was completely incompetent.
The breakfasts are just shameful. Spiced cheese and sausage, hard and dry chicken with rice and an inedible omelet.
Rumservice: on March 29, 40 minutes could not bring a bucket of ice and two glasses. An older woman answering the phone at a room service is rude. After a strict demand to fulfill the order, the waiter immediately came and said that there were two of them and it was impossible to communicate with them like that because "they are Armenians." Apparently he forgot that I was not visiting his house and that he was at work at the 5* hotel.
The cleaning is mediocre, and there is often someone else's hair in the towels. The plumbing in room 301 is falling apart and the bathroom smells damp.
Conclusion: the hotel is not worth the money, the staff is not customer-oriented and rude, the breakfasts are terrible, the waiters and the room service operator are boors. There is no sound insulation of windows or between rooms. Cleaning is mediocre. I don't recommend it!
PS. Nothing was done in response to repeated demands to summon the hotel manager for a conversation. Exactly the same as the feedback from the reception on the rudeness of the waiter and rumseris, although this incident was reported to the administrator.

The hotel has left very contradictory reviews. The key question is whether I will return to it - most likely not.
We stayed in October for 3 nights in the Junior Suite.
On the positive side, first of all, I would like to mention the staff - they are great. He tries very hard to help, helps where he can... Beyond praise. On the other hand, my wife gave her a cake with a candle, guessing when we were in the room. It was very pleasant.
The location is also not bad: everything is close. But it is difficult to park a taxi.
The sound insulation is not bad, but no double-glazed window will save you from motorcycles. On the first night, until we felt the Armenian hospitality, it was difficult to fall asleep, then we couldn't hear the crunches, because we fell asleep instantly.
Now about the bad stuff.
The hotel is not 5 stars, I don't know how some booking services gave them this category.
This is the main disappointment.
Chipboard furniture, does not correspond to 5. The bed does not have a 2nd bedside table.
Bath. The bath finishing materials are excellent, but:
1. The heated towel rail closed in front of me and the towel in my hands was burned. We said that there was a problem with him at the entrance.
2. The shower drain worked very poorly. They couldn't fix it in 3 days.
3. The door to the shower room and the soap shelf will soon fall off. Well, not on our arrival.
SPA: the sauna was technically working, but the stove was not warming. It was about 30-40 degrees. The hammam was steaming, but it turned off when I was there, the light went out and it immediately cooled down. I didn't dare go to the SPA area for the 2nd time.

The appearance is simple, but pleasant, with taste!
The staff is competent and attentive, the service is pleasing.
But the main thing is the location in the heart of Yerevan, within walking distance from Republic Square and very close to the Northern Avenue! Walking around these places (especially at night, when there are few people, and it's not so hot in summer) is a pleasure for me!

The location is great, but there are rooms with odors in the toilets, in which water flows from the walls of the bathroom and with cracked walls.
At the beginning of the check-in, we came across such a room, I asked to figure it out, at the reception they sent a person to fix the toilet several times, but it failed. After demanding to change the room, they gave me a new card, but it did not open the door of the new room. It turned out that the person at the reception who was replacing another employee did not know how to do this. I went down 3 times and after 20 minutes I finally entered a new room.
And there's a toilet with mold under the sealant, I demanded to replace it and it was replaced the next day, but the fact remains.
I also want to say that the staff is very friendly, the restaurant is good, I hope that the control and quality of the rooms will be put in order.

DON'T WASTE MONEY AND NERVES! The hotel is 3 stars! Terrible and incompetent staff led by the manager of Anahit! The room is dirty, the covers are lying around! But most importantly, we booked a superior with a view of the city, and moved into a room without windows, but with a door to the technical roof, where the ventilation smells of food and the hotel staff immediately smoke right in front of the door of this room! At 5 o'clock, there was no manager or manager in place, the administrator could not do anything for 1.5 hours, we were tired waiting and could not take a shower. At first they said that the hotel was overcrowded, then there were 2 standard rooms after 1.5 hours. That is, they offered to lower the category!) the cherry on the cake turned out that the air conditioner does not work in the room, or rather only warm air, and there is nothing to breathe, if you open the door, it stinks from the roof. Of course, we went to the neighboring hotel with a scandal, which is very cool by the way!
No one apologized. In 2 hours of hassle, they also withdrew money for half a day for this room and the next day, when the manager deigned to arrive at 11 a.m., she also did not apologize and upon request to refund the entire amount for the room, they were refused!
