We were at the Museum Night exhibition on May 17, 2025. Honestly— many works and projects are just an Overton window that contributes to the degradation of society and the cultivation of false values. Why exhibit as an art project the diaries of a girl who suffered for 10 years in a relationship where a guy disappeared and reappeared without explanation?? Young people come to the exhibitions, who absorb this image and begin to perceive it as normal and even sympathetic. Camon. Where is the modern art that inspires, offers innovative solutions, innovative ideas and exciting ideas? The same work "concrete table and 8 chairs". The author himself admitted that this work is "just a statement of fact" that there are feasts, negotiations and meetings where you are at the table as if behind a wall. Well, sometimes, so what?? How can you propose through your work to make this table-wall a bridge to each other? How to make this table-wall the foundation of something new? Nothing personal to the authors of the works, this can be said about almost any exhibition hall, to be honest. I just painted 2 examples.... It's a pity that the CENTER for CONTEMPORARY ART is not a driver and a window into the future, but a place where you can merge your mentally abnormal thoughts, stale photos and clamshells from a Kufar for 10 rubles.
