The counter is the bottom. They promise one percent, but in fact they cheat. They tell tales that they have the best conditions in the city. But in reality, they only think about how to cut down a left-handed fine with a driver, it is unclear for what. Either I didn't work enough hours, then I took a long trip and idled back, then I didn't have time to get on the line during rush hour, then I didn't have time to refuel with gas and drove a little on a benz. In general, this is one of the dnishchensk parks in Minsk at the moment. They give you to sign a bullshit contract (which they don't even give you in your hands), where there is complete bondage for the driver. God forbid you commit a minor accident through your own fault, even if it is a long and expensive one, they will want to fuck you for it all. In general, avoid this misunderstanding.

Bottom is an understatement. No registration, no decent earnings, only fines and broken cars.
