The hotel is very conveniently located. On a quiet, peaceful street. Nearby there is a railway station, a metro station and buses that go to the center. There's also a big shopping mall behind the railway station, there's Zara, for example. The hotel is clean and cozy. I had an apartment room with a kitchenette. The perfect combination of price and quality. The photo shows the kitchen corner in the room and the view from the room to the street.

The hotel is super!!quiet, calm, clean, the staff is excellent, polite, there is always water in the room, towels,disposable gels, slippers, clean linen, warmth, and everything is very cozy like at home!!!

At first glance, a good hotel for its price. But:
- everything is dirty (walls, but they can be washed, floors. And the bed linen, plaid and towels are in someone else's long black hair. Unpleasant at all.)
- antiseptic gel? No
- water, tea, coffee and shampoo with gel were given only upon check-in and that's it. And then there's only one set for two.
- but our slippers were changed once in 5 days
- breakfast is not included
- there is not a single cafe or restaurant nearby
- view of the roofs of private houses
- a rooster may roar in the middle of the night 🤣
This is one of the disadvantages.

The Nava Hotel has become an oasis of peace and comfort for me. The beautiful view of the mountains filled me with energy and inspiration every morning, and the silence provided by polite neighbors allowed me to completely relax and unwind. The rooms at the hotel were clean and comfortable, and the service remained at a high level throughout my stay. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, and the staff was always ready to help with any question. I would definitely recommend the Nava Hotel to everyone.

Nice price, everything you need in the room. I lived on the third floor - it was quiet.
It is close enough to the metro station, there is a supermarket nearby.
The smell of sewage in the bathroom, which is treated by adding water to the drain on the floor (the water gate dries up), told the administrator about it, I don't know if they will take note

I was in Yerevan for the first time and immediately got lucky with the hotel. The rooms are small, but cozy, everything you need to eat. And there are big good studios in the equipment nearby. The area is good, shops with fresh pastries, cheese, coffee))) you can also buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

We chose this place due to the spacious apartments. However, a day before check-in, we were informed that the apartment has problems with plumbing, so they can only offer a small room, but with a free breakfast as compensation. Three days later, they were moved to the apartment. So, pros and cons:
+ the breakfasts are very tasty and hearty, we never managed to eat everything that was prepared for us
+ view of Mount Ararat from some rooms
+ there is a roof deck with a small fountain, it looks cozy, but we did not use it because of the heat.
+ large apartments (separate building) are very spacious.
- the floors are dirty, dusty, they are not washed before guests check in.
- there is no refrigerator in the small rooms.
- the toilet was leaking in the apartment, a puddle was accumulating near it.
- the apartment has a thin mattress, 10 centimeters, maximum 15, comfort lovers will not like it.

The breakfasts are very tasty, there is always something new, the price-quality ratio is good. Polite staff. I would like a more thorough cleaning: washing the floor, dedusting surfaces, changing bed linen.
