Navat teahouse in Astana left me with the most pleasant impressions! A great place to relax and meet friends. The interior is wonderful - cozy, stylish, with an oriental flavor, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation.
The service is excellent - the staff is attentive, polite and responds quickly to all requests. The menu is rich and varied - excellent quality of dishes, delicious and beautifully served. Tea, of course, deserves special praise - fragrant, strong and served in beautiful teapots.
The quality of the food and service is excellent. I recommend the Navat tea house to anyone who wants to relax in a cozy atmosphere and try delicious Oriental cuisine. I will definitely come back here again!

Great oriental restaurant!
Today, on 12/21/24, my family and I visited your restaurant, and we are delighted! The atmosphere of the place is simply amazing — cozy, with a national flavor, which creates a sense of immersion in oriental culture.
I would like to mention the cuisine separately: all the dishes were perfectly cooked! I especially liked the pilaf, it was incredibly tasty and fragrant. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of the menu and the quality of the service.
The service is top—notch - the staff is polite, attentive and caring, all requests were fulfilled quickly and with a smile. Nurbolat the waiter is well done!!! A table on the 2nd floor near the window.
Thank you for the warm welcome and a wonderful evening! I will definitely come back again and recommend your restaurant to my friends and family!

They took horsemeat soup, samsa in a clay pot and salad, branded tea and chak-chak national. The besh is awesome, the meat and sausage are delicious, the noodles are super, the broth is on the level - take it; the samsa is sooo delicious - take it; the salad is simple with cheese, tomatoes, of course they could have put it tastier, the restaurant still - try another salad; the tea is sweet, keep this in mind, with chak-chak it was too sweet for us, tea would be enough for dessert; chak-chak is a brushwood with dryness - sweet tooth will like it.
Of the cons:
1) dirty toilet, there is generally some kind of mess.
2) they brought a cup of tea with a chip, a big one, this should not be in restaurants, people come and pay for the service.

It's a great place, I really liked it.
There are no questions about the cuisine at all, everything is very tasty .
Location, top location. The interior is gorgeous.
The waiter serving us, Aman, did a great job running around us , bringing everything in time, there were 10 of us and helped everyone .
We were on Saturday, there are a lot of people, book tables in advance.

The pilaf was a little dry, the rubber was made of wooden tomatoes, the interior is beautiful, but the tables are very tight, because of this it is inconvenient to pass next to the column, next to the neighboring tables.
Service is of course a scourge, they serve very slowly, they cooked for a long time, although the Pilaf is usually ready, it is unclear what is the reason?
You can go to dinner if you are not in a hurry and are not very hungry

The place is so-so, I wanted to eat delicious national food. As a result, you can't chew meat in a lagman, it's worse than rubber. Caesar salad did not understand at all, there was no sauce at all, but they just smeared the leaves with mayonnaise.
I'm not talking about shish kebab at all, half of the meat is normal, and half is pickled, it's already decomposed, but the guy didn't want to complain, he's one of those who, if you don't like it, just won't come back.
And I just wanted to eat delicious food.
The service is good, but did the chefs study at least somewhere, or did they pick up anywhere?! It's not clear at all.

I ordered soup, manti and dessert.
The soup was delicious, then I sat bored for 20 minutes. After which they brought me dessert, which I didn't eat right away, because I was waiting for manta rays. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I started eating dessert and told the waiter that I wouldn't have manta rays anymore. But they finally brought the manta rays to me, 10 minutes later, and said they couldn't cancel. They wrapped it up with themselves. Of course, I immediately fucking threw them away, why did I give up cold manti?
To be fair, all the food I ate was delicious, but the service was incredibly slow!

The staff in the hall is excellent, but the cooks are lousy. They don't even know how to cook basic soup. The only delicious dish on the table is a baursaki present. This is the trouble of all Navats in the country, in Almaty the same thing, the food is disgusting. Even basic tea is no good.
