The elevators are overloaded, it's faster to get up the stairs, in the toilets: not all washbasins are working, the smell of sewage or a sharp, unpleasant, suffocating smell of freshener. Well, the interior decoration is also not in the best condition, and in itself is not of the best quality. In winter, offices are hot, especially on the upper floors, and in summer, when the air conditioners are running, the condensate drains into bottles that need to be changed periodically. That's all I remember so far.
