I would like to express my deep gratitude to Gennady and his staff for the impeccable and precise organization of the funeral, as well as for the attentive and tactful attitude at this difficult moment in life. In our case, the situation was complicated by the fact that the man died in Moscow, and he was supposed to be buried in Gomel, so there was very little time for everything. Timely transportation of the body was organized, all instructions and recommendations were given, Gennady was always in touch, patiently answered all questions. Special thanks to the driver who handled the transportation. Everything was done without delay, all wishes were taken into account, besides, all the hassle of paperwork was removed from us. But if you decide, be prepared to change the contract unilaterally, where each new item will cost you 30-40 rubles and threats to call the police in case of refusal to pay. Almost immediately, we were told that we had chosen a not very convenient time for burial, and as a result, we were too late. The prices for all services are simply cosmic and are aimed at almost completely wasting the allowance. We saved a lot of money by buying everything we needed at the church and the artificial flower shop. (flowers, wreaths, baskets) The hearse was killed, although there is a brand new minibus with their advertisement not far from the salon. These people have nothing sacred! It is shameful to earn money on people's grief in this way. It's not a pity for money, but for the nerves of your family! Take care of yourself and your loved ones!!!
